Maintenance Contract - 2007 to 2021
Abbotts has been providing services to this contract via a combination of direct engagements and on behalf of Spencer Henshaw for over 12 years. Housing New Zealand engaged Spencer Henshaw as the Head Contractor with responsibility for engaging specialist subcontractors across various trades that Spencer Henshaw does not have the capabilities to deliver.
At peak work flow, Abbotts have been responsible for the drainage work on up to 10,000 Housing New Zealand houses. More than 6000 of these were under contract to Spencer Henshaw Limited. Abbotts’ consistent contribution to HNZ contracts for 12 years is the result of our strategy to continually deliver above and beyond HNZ’s needs.
We provide a high quality finish to all jobs, while being professional, flexible and mindful of job characteristics and HNZ’s internal and external customers. For HNZ, we’ve relined multiple lengths of concrete and sewer lines including, 13m x 150mm, 44m x 150mm, 58m x 150mm. We also installed a number of sectional liners.
