The guys on site had a much harder time of clearing the blockage than I thought that it would be. They worked hard, especially the driver to get the job done.
He was determined to make it work out for us and we really appreciate it. I am sure that most of the jobs are smelly and not very nice but this one was certainly both those things. His offsider had to pick up a lot of rubbish that was not very nice and although he had the gear on – was not the best job in the world.I can’t remember their names unfortunately or I would be using them but please from myself and everyone that lives in the building, please thank them for a job very well done.〞

When faced recently with the failure of a newly installed soak pit, I decided to then approach Abbotts, who had been recommended to me previously but I hadn’t used for the initial work.
They inspected the site and advised me on the best approach to solving not only my woes but those of my neighbours who had my water coming onto their properties. They said they would send the right man and his team for this job – and that’s what I got.Throughout this entire process, they were professional, attentive, and quick to counter any anxieties on my part. They were just great, and I was very impressed with the team, and even more so that they put everything back in place, made the garden over and laid lawn seed.Would I recommend Abbotts – You Bet!〞

I would like to commend Blair Carthy on the outstanding job he did in getting our drain urgently repaired.
We only found out recently that we had a 5 year old defective drain notice on our LIM as we are in the process of selling our house. So we needed to get it repaired urgently and get a PS3 to get the notice removed before the auction, which is on Saturday this week.I phoned Abbotts last week on Friday afternoon (it took me a while to figure out which company could help me), explaining my dilemma. On Monday morning, Blair had been in contact with a quote, came out for a site visit and juggled other jobs around to fit me in this week after I explained how urgent it was.He has been on site several times, liased with Watercare and confirmed that we only needed to repair the drain to our boundary and not the rest as Watercare owns the rest. The defective drain notice was incorrect and said the whole drain was a private drain but this was only partially the case. This has in turn meant that we have had a much lesser cost than expected.
He promptly prepared the PS3 and documentation after the repair and handed them to me today, to send to council.I am so grateful to Blair. He is an outstanding representative for your company, with great people skills on top of his technical skills. Please give him a bonus, a pay rise or a day off or all 3.〞
